Aerial Yoga for Kids

Aerial Kids Aerial Sessions

This Aerial Yoga class is for ages 9-12. No experience required. Come and enjoy enhancing strength, flexibility, focus, and sense of self.
Classes begin promptly. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so the instructor can adjust the hammocks to fit each child’s height. These little yogi adventurers will flow through creative yoga postures (often with a theme), music and movement, motor skill development, breath work, and imaginative and structured play. Through repetition and structure, this energetic set of yogis will enjoy their yoga journey in a fun and holding environment while developing strength, body awareness, and social skills. Caregivers have the opportunity to connect with each other while waiting at the studio, as we ask that you are present during class time in case a child needs to use the bathroom or has a challenging day at yoga!
