This course is for students interested in deepening their yoga practice. Each Wednesday night training, led by Andrew Tanner, will begin after the 90 minute intermediate asana class beginning at 6:15pm. From 7:45pm-9pm we will learn pranayama (breathing techniques) for controlling the mind, and a different themed lecture each week. These lectures will impart the essence of the yogic teachings which have been passed down by Andrew's teachers Sri Dharma Mittra, Andrei Ram Om and his own self-study.
