Aerial Yoga Testimonials
"Aerial yoga is even more than I hoped it would be. I'd been practicing vinyasa style yoga for about two years, but felt something was in the way of taking my practice to the next level. My core was still weak, my hips were still tight, and I kept having a problem with my shoulder. I saw aerial yoga and an intuition this might be what I was looking for. After the first class, I knew this was something really different. Now I can't imagine what I did without aerial yoga. My shoulder problem is disappearing, my hips are like when I was a child, and my core is stronger than its ever been. There's something really amazing about letting gravity do the work and focusing on surrendering into a position rather than pushing myself into it. Plus Katharine is a really fabulous teacher. In a very gentle way, she gets you to do things you never thought you could! I highly recommend the class to anyone ready to open up, loosen up, and firm up." - Mark B
